Full Job Description
The HR Generalist position is responsible for the following:
Recruiting new team members.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Uniform inventory and issuance.
Ensuring all required training is completed and documented.
Ensuring employees follow all company policies and procedures.
Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create competitive salary structures and administer employee benefits.
Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws.
Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests, and documents created and received by the team.
Attending interdepartmental meetings with managers.
Documenting all termination paperwork in accordance with company policies.
Works and manages Paylocity, the Human Resources management system, for necessary duties.
Assists and provides in employee conflict resolutions
Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weakness of providing alternative solutions to reconcile differences
