We have a current opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our growing team based at our downtown Lancaster, PA office. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with a savvy, charismatic, credible, success-driven personality. This role supports the Sale and Marketing functions involved with selling our business services to current and potential clients.

Job Duties:

• Develops strategies and tactics to promote our company and drive qualified leads to our Sales team
• Develop our sales pipeline by prospecting for and contacting new Client leads
• Reach out to prospective Clients by telephone; high volume of outbound calls.
• Reach out to prospective Clients by email
• Effectively pitch our company’s services to warm and cold prospects to make them want to learn more
• Prequalify potential Clients and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Assist the team by implementing new sales and marketing campaigns
• Providing general administrative support to the Smoker & Company, OSBS, and other entities within the firm.
• Promote company events, workshops, and seminars by phone and mail
• Prepare mailers, marketing materials, and related documents for marketing campaigns
• Assist the sales team in managing and developing client accounts
• Represent the company at various community and business meetings
• Tracks sales data and works to meet the firm’s monthly goals

Qualifications:

• Proven sales and marketing customer service experience
• College education preferred
• Excellent professional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Working proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of internet and email communications
• Ability to complete cold calls and schedule client visits
• Ability to travel locally to relevant networking and business-related events
