Snapcell Inc Hiring for Business Development Executive (Automotive) Job at Remote Full Time

SnapCell is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our growing company. As a BDE you will generate sales with new businesses. The ideal candidate possesses experience with B2B sales-driven organizations and has a track record of exceeding sales quotas. The BDE will work to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new businesses
• Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create self-generated sales opportunities
• Arrange virtual meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and review our product
• Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas
• Address any necessary issues with prospective clients before contracts are signed
• Work as a partner with a designated Customer Success Manager to ensure successful training/on-boarding, adoption, and achievement of goals as outlined by client
• Communicate client ideas, information, and needs to other internal departments, including marketing, support, development, and account management teams
• Diligently and consistently follow SOP (not limited to but including tracking all activity and correspondence in our CRM).
• Maintain good client relationships while building new client relationships

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years related experience in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to be on video (using SnapCell product for sales-related outreach)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate
• Always operates with honesty and integrity
• Up to date on the latest industry trends, able to articulate trends clearly and confidently
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Outbound high-volume prospecting by phone, email, and other channels to target the assigned market segment
• Qualify inbound marketing leads
• Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicate the Snap Cell product
• Effectively utilize the lead qualification process and document information and activities in CRM
• Follow up on customized demos with no response and usage activity
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual targets and established metrics to drive achievement of regional territory goals

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of demonstrated success in an outbound prospecting role within a B2B sales environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with a CRM system, Pipedrive preferred
• Organized and self-disciplined, with strong time-management skills
• Tenacious and results-oriented, combined with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Coachable team-player focused on winning with integrity
• Completion of a formal sales training program a big plus!
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
