Summary/objective
The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for partnering with business leadership to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the Company and to deliver the best talent in the organization. Nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage on-going manager relationships. This Manager will lead and develop a team of 1-2 TA Specialists while also being actively involved in the day to day recruiting activities in a rapid pace startup environment.
