JOB DESCRIPTION
Human Resource Administrator
Responsibilities:
· Maintains accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation
· Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources and Linde company files and records
· The Human Resource Administrator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s Compliance Investigations department
· The Human Resource Administrator will assist the with complex and specialized administrative tasks including managing and overseeing records, and generating reports
· Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include investigations case date, payroll audits and other compliance reviews
· You will work on special projects to assist in the implementation and improvement of new initiatives to enhance the current efficiencies of the team
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Education
· You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field of education
· At least 1 year of prior experience working in Human Resources, HRIS or complex customer service roles; internship experience counts!
· You are data-savvy and have advanced Excel and Power Point skills
· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS) and similar computer applications.
· Excellent organizational skills
· You have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
· You are process oriented and are driven to find improvements
· You are a true team player and are willing to step forward and do whatever is needed

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
