Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical stage and commercial biopharmaceutical company focused on delivering innovative and clinically meaningful therapies to address unmet medical needs. Our vision is to leverage our proprietary G-MAB™ library in conjunction with proprietary targeted delivery modalities to generate the next generation of therapeutics for treating cancer, autoimmune, inflammatory, viral and neurodegenerative diseases. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Sorrento Therapeutics (“Sorrento”) is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Manager to join our team. The Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing and independently managing the day-to-day operations of benefits, compensation, compliance, and wellness programs ensuring compliance with federal/state laws. The Benefits Manager also helps to define and shape the future of employee benefits and compensation programs at Sorrento to ensure we attract and retain top talent. This position provides excellent customer service and continually investigates new programs as well as improves existing programs and processes. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources.
