ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with an HR Operations background to join our team. This is a remote role reporting to the Head of People and supporting our senior leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the C-suite & senior leadership team (50% of the time)
- Manage Calendar
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Provide support for company events and meetings
- Coordinate client meetings
- Act as scribe: take notes and action items in C-suite meetings
- Manage day-to-day HR operations (50% of the time)
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding
- Provide support for payroll & benefits administration
- Assist with HR compliance and regulatory issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Experience with HR operations, including:
- Recruiting and onboarding
- Compliance and regulations
- Payroll & Benefits administration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Slack, Google Mail & Calendar, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with other relevant software tools (Gusto, Breezy HR)
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
