Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including the enforcement of company policies and practices. Associate retention will require a significant amount of the HRM’s time providing continuous oversight and involvement in the onboarding process to ensure that new hires are placed in the right positions for their success. Partnering with our operations management team to create a culture wherein associates feel valued and want to stay is essential. The HRM will be responsible for directing and ensuring associate relations are focused on retaining quality associates and assisting them in career development.
