Job Description
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Summary:
Handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties in support of the HR function and the Management
team.
Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and the Leadership team
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training,
performance evaluations etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Manage job applicant flow
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position preferred
PC literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS helpful
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Ability to be proactive, organized and timely
