Program Mgr, PRO(HR) Operations
Core HR (core human resources) is an umbrella term that refers to the HR’s primary functions, the data they capture about the organization’s employees and the software they use to enable core people processes. As a Starbucks program manager for Core HR, you will join a team that is building and innovating pathways to Operational Excellence across the HR function.
You will be responsible for the Core HR program strategy and health across our HR soultions to establish and constantly improve operational quality and experience. You will oversee the Core HR program through which you will identify trends and opportunities and deliver solutions to enhance and evolve the program and grow our internal and external reputation.
