Main Purpose of Job
The purpose of this full time merit position is to plan and manage a local interagency service delivery system for children, youth and families through coordinated efforts to achieve designated Performance Measures established locally and/or state-wide. Assess contractual conditions of award and performance measures through monitoring and utilization of a Digital Results Scorecard. Utilize data in making programmatic recommendations to move the curve in achieving the expected results as related to the Governor’s Strategic Goals and Maryland’s Results for Child and Family well-being. Incorporate behavioral health services and support in the development of prioritized areas. Participate in the implementation of the Garrett County Community Health Assessment and the updating the Garrett Resource Guide.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Two years of administrative staff or professional work.

The desired candidate must possess an Associates Degree and experience in program monitoring and development; community planning related to child/ family well being results; digital resource guide revisions; and public meeting facilitation.
LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
