The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a qualified enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team.
As a HR Labor and Employee Relations Consultant you will:
3 years professional level work experience advising management on the interpretation and application of employment policies, labor contracts, or employment law. Experience must demonstrate:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or Organizational Management or related field will substitute for 1 year professional level work experience.
