Responsible for providing support with daily administrative duties for healthcare programs in the Workforce Innovation Division. Person must have good communication, time management, and organization skills. Working knowledge of healthcare careers or administrative experience is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to accurate record maintenance, providing written and oral communications to potential students for admissions process. Utilize various software programs such as Microsoft Office and perform advanced computer operations. Assists in preparation of healthcare courses. CPR/AED/First Aid certified instructor preferred but not required. Flexibility in working business hours 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or higher and 2 years of related work experience. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and well-developed customer service skills. Possess basic knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
