STC – Safety Training & Compliance (STC)
STC is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to join our growing team. This candidate will take on the responsibility of creating a companywide sales and marketing strategy, implementation of said strategy, and deliver a multiplier of growth in our managed service offering as a sales contributor and leader. The markets of interest for STC are primarily Texas and Georgia with some early focus on Florida.
STC is an outcome-focused safety consulting firm that focuses on a reoccurring revenue model and lifetime relationships… we don’t sell training and al-a-carte safety activities or products. Our managed safety services achieve client retention performance over 95% annually.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Salary
On Target Earnings will range from $200,000.00 – $300,00.00+ with No Cap Commissions & Quota Bonuses
