Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll – Responsible for processing payroll for hourly employees and truck drivers along with general
payroll administration for salaried employees
Recruitment – Responsible for hiring, onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure facility is
fully staffed
Benefits – Responsible for the administration of all benefits enrollment and leaves of absence
Wellness – Responsible for administering wellness initiatives for employees at the facility
Employee Relations – Responsible for supporting employees and plant management in resolving employee
relations issues and assisting in conflict resolution
Communication – Responsible for actively listening and communicating with plant management,
employees, Safety, Corporate HR and Legal.
Safety – Supports plant leadership to ensure all safety policies and procedures are being implemented and
followed
