Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook.
Pay Rate: $50,000-$62,500/year

Participates in departmental projects such as development/monitoring performance evaluation program, maintaining and improving job evaluation system and compensation strategies
Communicates benefit information to employees as requested
Assists with new-employee orientations, as needed; assists with career pathing program
Partners with management team on employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing
Records evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Completes required training classes
Adheres to quality compliance requirements
All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum five years of human resources experience
Equivalent work experience considered
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Strong decision making and analytical abilities
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
Functions well in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Professionalism/Ethics (trust, respect, integrity, attitude, commitment)
Available to work assigned hours based on business needs
