We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant for an onsite role in our corporate office.
Under the general direction of the Controller the Senior Accountant manages job cost allocations and ensures compliance with the company’s job budget, projected cost and variance calculation policies, as well as providing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general ledger and job cost transactions
- Ensures compliance with SOP’s
- Manages budgeted costs
- Job Cost Reporting
- Completing bank packages
- Maintaining and reconciling bank loans
- Special projects
What you bring to the table:
- An eagerness to be part of a team
- An approach of accuracy and accountability for yourself and others
- Willingness to develop yourself
- 5 years accounting experience
- Previous experience in construction or real estate preferred
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Demonstrated experience in reporting and analysis
