The Opportunity
Our Human Resources team is consistently striving to build the work experience of a lifetime through culture, development, and overall engagement for all of our team members. We are looking to add an empathetic and ambitious HR Generalist to our team whose efforts will support multiple functions that directly impact our team’s mission; cultivate an environment that allows our team members to do what they do best: be themselves and thrive! You will be responsible for onboarding, onboarding training, team member goals and guidance, and more! Your impact will ensure fluidity and success of a rapidly growing organization that is focused on a team and people first culture.
Responsibilities
Own, facilitate, and continually optimize the entire SuCo onboarding experience for new hires including the new-hire experience and company introductions
Track and administrate employee goals within our BambooHR HRIS system while reconciling quarterly and annual goal performance bonus payouts
Be an employee advocate and assist with any workplace concerns, HR related programs, and HR communications of company trainings, systems, and processes
Support HR team with exit interviews, annual audits, and prepare HR notices including, but not limited to performance improvement, recognition, and policy/handbook updates
Leverage data to pull and build reports surrounding HR related data and use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify trends and potential business solutions within the data
Initial projects may include assisting in the development of a company wide Learning Management System (LMS) that integrates with HRIS (BambooHR) and Onboarding Systems (Tangelo)
Required Skills
2+ years of Human Resources/People Operations experience, ideally within start-up or mid sized technology companies
Excellent leadership skills backed by bubly, exciting personality that can be the face of HR to the business and new hires
Demonstrated ability to display a willingness to help others at all times, even under pressure
Possess a collaborative and open communication style with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively
Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) with the ability to identify trends and opportunities within data
Preferred Skills
Prior experience creating and facilitating training and development programs
BambooHR (HRIS and ATS) and Tangelo (Onboarding) platform experience
PowerBI and advanced Excel/Google Sheet functions experience
Human Resource platform integrations experience is a plus
