Who We Are
Supreme Living is a state-licensed Enhanced Services Facility, and a Behavioral Health Facility offering residential mental health care for up to 15 residents at our current and upcoming Olympia 2 location. Supreme Living provides comprehensive, cost-effective, and quality care to individuals requiring assistance in day-to-day living functions in home-like environments. We provide such services in a way that builds upon community support systems, coordinates services, and nurtures the development of each individual.
Our sole mission is to strengthen the long-term health of our community through the development of programs and services that promote quality living.
Individuals residing in a Supreme Living facility will receive the best possible care by our dedicated and loyal nursing, support service, and administrative staff. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting the Program Administrator and Director of Administrative Services with all aspects of the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures for Supreme Living programs.
Requirements:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Assist Human Resources, Program Director, and Director of Administrative Services with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online, screening applicants, scheduling candidate interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Maintain HR records including employee files.
Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding sessions and employee training sessions.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Assist with payroll management.
Assist with Administrative functions
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
TRANSPORTATION:
Uses personal vehicle to travel to agency sites and non-agency locations.
COMMUNICATION:
Participates and accounts for all staff participation in staff meetings and in-services training.
Consults with CEO and Director of Administrative Services when knowledge base in a given area needs to be expanded.
Requests literature, in-service or orientation on a given topic.
Demonstrates accountability regarding equipment and supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and LICENSURE:
Associate degree in HR-related field – 3-5 years’ direct experience may be substituted
Detail oriented and organized
Strong communication and customer service skills
Solid understanding of MS Office
Experience with applicant tracking database systems an asset
Meets health requirements, i.e. – flu vaccination, COVID vaccination, TDAP vaccination, TB testing – per licensing requirements.
Must demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, research, analyze, and interpret technical information related to Human Resources.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups.
Proficient in English.

Most the employee’s job duties are performed indoors in a medical environment in a residential setting. In some circumstances, the employee may be required to perform some job duties outside, in medical settings, and in the presence of non-employees, such as patients, families and state officials. There is a possibility of exposure to disease and contagions that could cause a cold, flu, COVID-19, and other illnesses. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
