Position Overview:
Manages the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent acquisition strategies, initiatives, and programs, partnering with human resource (HR) and affiliate leaders. Collaborates with HR leaders to lead talent acquisition and executive recruitment efforts, serving as a consultant and trusted advisor. Determines critical talent pipelines, and partners with HR leaders to develop strategies for current and future talent needs.
