Synergi Partners, Inc. (“Synergi”) is looking for an HR Generalist to assist with daily HR transaction activities in recruiting, employee relations, learning and development, and employee engagement. The HR Generalist will be expected to act as a trusted team member with integrity and handle all confidential information with care. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the Human Resources function.
Job Responsibilities:
· Recruit and manage talent acquisition through the full candidate life cycle. Determine employee skill set needed, develop job description and posting, source candidates, review, and screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
· Manage new hire orientation and onboarding to a best practice standard.
· Partner with managers on employee relations, and performance management. Drive culture through the correct behavioral expectations.
· Champion diversity and inclusion efforts and promote and actively participate in employee engagement initiatives.
· Conduct HR 101 trainings with all managers. Human Resources will collectively develop the material and jointly perform all trainings.
· Learn and manage associates on transactional HR matters which includes payroll, scanning and filing, and employee assistance with filling out various forms.

Experience:
· 3-5 years of Human Resources progressive experience is preferred.
· Comprehensive working knowledge with Payroll, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Onboarding a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Human Resources preferred.
· SHRM CP or PHR certifications a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.
Schedule: Exempt employee.Monday through Friday; 40-50 hours per week.
Work Location: 100% in the office. Remote work not available for this role.
Pay: Pay is based on experience and skill level.
