Job Description
System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking for an HR Manager, People & Benefits to manage our growing employee population. Reporting to the (HR) Head of People, this position will be a key part of the Human Resources Department.
You will partner with the Head of People and be an integral part of our people operations strategies. In this role you will be responsible for important aspects of our HR Shared Services function that encompasses managing the foundational systems, policies and processes that enable flawless execution of HR transactions, and ownership of employee benefits to help build and maintain competitive and effective benefits programs. Everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company. You will be central to maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality work while expanding our employee population nationwide.

This position is hybrid – you will be in office at the Santa Ana location once a week.
