Uses Balanced Scorecard, P&L and appropriate reports to analyze their business and establish tactics for improvement. Track Daily Sales, Weekly and Monthy Sales.
HUMAN RESOURCE FUNCTIONS:
Able to Interview for Management Position
Works to assure Compliance for FLSA
Current on State and Federal Labor Laws
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
Payroll Responsible, assure all operations work within their Standard Labor allotted percentage
Able to learn ADP payroll functions and perform payroll tasks.
Excellent Communications skills
Knowledgeable in Unemployment Law and Hearings
