As the first point of contact between our clients and potential donors, as an Entry Level Business Development Associate, you will be trained to provide excellent customer service by our top Senior Business Development Managers. You will also help our fundraising team increase donations by monitoring campaigns and managing various events, all while effectively working the territories to capitalize on client and customer needs.

Entry-Level Business Development Associate Duties Include:

• Attend daily meetings to stay up to date on the community outreach goals of all of our non-profit partners.
• Collaborate with other team members to reach projected fundraising targets as quickly as possible.
• Communication with our charity partners and potential donors is done directly.
• Maintain all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
• Participate in virtual networking calls to strengthen client relationships and learn new things.
• Learn new service promotion strategies, meet office goals, and work closely with others in a team setting.

Qualifications for an entry-level Business Development Associate include the following:

• To work directly with our teams and customers, you must have excellent communication skills.
• Work both supervised and independently to find solutions.
