TekwissenLLc Hiring for HR/Payroll Administrator at Remote Full Time

• This position is responsible for independently managing the US and Puerto activities associated with the overpayment process including the overall management of handling the calculations and communications for all employee receivables (overpayments) and managing the receipts and recordings with Accounting for these overpayments. The incumbent is detail oriented and takes a proactive approach to ensure delivery of quality customer service.
• 2. What is the long term plan for the role? Currently looking for a 6 month contractor
• 3. What does a typical day look like for someone in this role?
• -Work in Shared mailbox, process overpayment letters, data entry into SAP, and process employee repayment checks. Provide support to HRBPs regarding overpayment questions. Answer employee inquires. Partner with other HR Operation teams as needed related to overpayments.
