PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting and Selection
Post jobs internal and external as needed
Schedule interview for candidates
Schedule and conduct testing for candidates
Ensure completion of all new hire paperwork; notify appropriate individuals ahead of time to ensure a smooth onboarding
Conduct all new hire Onboarding and Orientation
Coordinate terminations – exit interviews and gathering of company materials, notifying appropriate individuals
Employee Services
Maintain all employee files – create new folders for new hires, appropriately remove terminated files. Purge according to regulation.
Assign and schedule training for employees
Create appropriate forms and update in HRMS
Maintain Employee Handbook
Coordinate all benefits enrollments with TPA;
Assist with open enrollment
Manage the wellness program
Event Planner – picnics, parties community events, volunteer opportunities
Support to Management, Supervisors, and Staff
Serve as resource to employees for questions relating to benefits, pay, system access, etc.
Provide insights and guidance to management and staff, as relates to policy interpretation as well as employee coaching, discipline, etc.
Clerical/General Administrative
Create new hire personnel files and medical files
Auditing timecards weekly for attendance compliance
Prepare monthly reports for incentive calculations
Print and prepare monthly scorecards
Mass mailings
Respond to routine emails, phone calls, etc.
Make copies, print documents, etc.
Filing

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
2+ years of professional experience in Administration (Human Resources preferred)
