Position Summary
Performs professional level human resources work and carries out responsibilities in one or more functional areas, such as, staffing, employee relations, compensation, training, employment, labor relations, safety, affirmative action and employment equity programs, and personnel research.
Key Accountabilities
Internal Networking/Key relationships:
This position requires cooperating with different company departments, such as Regulatory, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the other team members of the department.
Minimum Skills and Capabilities:
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
1. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, OR
2. At least 8 years’ experience in the HR field, OR
3. Any similar combination of education and experience.
