Responsibilities
The Sr. HR Operations Analyst solves business problems for HR with technology and improves the lives of our associates.
The Sr. HR Operations Analyst partners with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) in the development of business requirements for the build of HR programs. This role then interfaces with vendors and Ascension Technologies for the delivery of these programs.
Analyzes and interprets data from varying sources and recommends action plans. Applies expertise to the most complex challenges within the ministry, subsidiary, and/or line of business.
Drives change management for program and plan improvements and makes recommendations that lead to enhanced plan delivery.
Shares expertise with colleagues and others. Offers mentoring and guidance to others toward common ministry outcomes.
Develops and maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners.
Facilitates project teams related to strategic initiatives. Develops tools to teach others. Coordinates work outside own area of expertise
Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
HRIS support and implementation
HR experience/Compensation experience preferred
System knowledge in Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Kronos, ServiceNow, MarketPay, SuccessFactors, or other HR Technical tools preferred
Proven ability to communicate between technical and business stakeholders
