Summary:
Tetra Tech is currently seeking a Principal Account and Project Manager. The location is flexible and can be based out of one of our many office locations across the country. This is a full-time position eligible for benefits.
The selected candidate will provide program-level management and strategic leadership to facilitate growth of Tetra Tech’s industrial decommissioning and demolition practice. This will include preparation and implementation of successful business development strategies for Fortune 500 companies and local/regional commercial markets with a focus on environmental, health, and safety (EHS), permitting, and engineering aspects of the retirement of large industrial facilities. Services provided to our clients for these types of projects may include owner’s engineer services; pre-demolition studies; bid specification and contractor selection assistance; contractor oversight; EHS compliance and auditing; environmental management system development and assessment; regulated building materials, industrial process materials, soil, surface water, and groundwater investigation and remediation; environmental due diligence, and the implementation of sustainable practices throughout the project life cycle.
This position requires a proven track record of providing program and project leadership, developing and maintaining client relationships, and fostering a client-focused atmosphere for successful project delivery. The candidate must have extensive experience in EHS services, such as evaluation and management of environmental liabilities; waste management; risk reduction and exit strategies; site redevelopment; and air, water, and waste compliance and permitting (under applicable Federal regulations such including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, CWA, CAA, State level regulations and Local regulations).
