YOU ARE:

A creative, curious and trusted future Edge band member! Obsessed with driving exceptional guest experiences through maintaining employee centric HR programming. A change agent, hands-on human resources professional with a minimum of 4 + years’ experience as a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a large company, preferably PHR or SPHR certified. A servant leader who is inclusive and has a high degree of emotional intelligence. Focused on building strong professional relationships and a trusted partner to business leaders. Curious and have applied knowledge in employment law, wage and hour law, safety, performance management, time away programs, labor relations, full cycle recruiting, HRIS management and employee training. Energized in collaborating on the creation of meaningful employee recognition programs. Preference given to candidates who have successfully supported large, multi-functional employment base, restaurant, or busy retail business.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
