Magnify your professional administrative experience today with a world leader in maritime logistics. The Lee Group, an executive search and staffing company, is currently in need of an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to work for a company located in Norfolk.Â
- Day Shift, M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Medical/Vision/Dental benefitsÂ
- $20-$25 an hour (depending on experience)
- Temp to hire
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources position and Associates degree in related field
- Outstanding customer service to include excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong systems acumen, and ability to look for opportunities for continuous process improvements
- Ability to effectively work independently as well as with peers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Assisting with processing various administrative department transactions in coordination with the HRBP
- Administering PS&E processes like employment verifications and unemployment claims
- Monitoring PS&E shared inboxes, delegates appropriately and ensures follow-up
- Liaising with COE†s to ensure HRIS transactions are processed timely and accurately.
