About the Role
The Talent & Culture (Human Resources) Business Partner is mainly responsible for advising, supporting, leading, and assisting management and team members on employee issues or concerns. This is done through our services, programs, policies, procedures, and most importantly, our WE CARE culture.
The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator who can stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detailed work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. The person in this position should be friendly, genuine, and maintain relationships in an ever-changing environment.
To be successful in this role
If you have four years of experience or more in a human resources function and have outstanding critical thinking, organization, and customer service skills, that’s awesome and just what we are looking for! An associate’s degree and experience in healthcare is even better, but not necessarily for those who learn quickly.
