What You’ll Do:
Partner with SLT members to develop strategy/execution plans related to all people matters in their areas of responsibility
Lead client organization in the development of the annual reviews, organization structure development, job design, staffing, compensation, and organization change/effectiveness
Partner with staffing organization to recruit and fill open positions at all levels;
Provide custom reporting and details to Platform CEO and SLT related to all areas of Talent and Recruiting
Manage the onboarding, orientation/assimilation, and exit process for employees
Developing HR metrics and analytics, and translating your finding into meaningful recommendations on transforming the way we work
Nurture a truly positive culture, in which people are always encouraged to speak up with their big ideas
Investigate and provide advice regarding employee relations concerns
Provide counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices across functions
Partner with Corporate HR functions, Engagement and Inclusion Networks, and HR Business Partner to develop and drive engagement action plans
Partner with and support Stamford Hub leadership and employees in support of the New Way of Working via communications, events, and special projects
Must Haves:
2+ years of HR experience
Experience with HR functional areas including recruiting/talent assessment, employee relations, staffing, performance management, career development, and reward and recognition programs.
Demonstrated ability to drive HR processes and deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, high-change, matrixed environment
Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and motivate others
Strong skills at building relationships with various levels in an organization
Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
Education:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant HR or Business-related field
Hours & Location
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is based in Stamford, CT .
