Responsibilities:You will make an impact in some of the following ways:
Support finance, operations, and logistics team within our Industrial Automation Solutions business, which is a population of around 65 employees (hourly, non-exempt, and salaried).
Act as HR business partner to leaders of the businesses you support. You will take the time to understand their pain points and collaborate with them to creatively solve their people-related challenges.
Focus heavily on employee engagement, leveraging our processes in place to focus on talent development and wellbeing.
Partner with local HR in our plants and distribution centers across the Americas to identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement solutions across all Industrial locations in the Americas.
Review compensation practices (including bonus structures) in our plants and distribution centers annually, complete benchmarking and propose updates where necessary.
Participate in succession planning to ensure we are developing talent and creating a strong,well-equipped pipeline.
Assess and refine learning and development processes, particularly for people managers.
Experience
3+ years of HR Generalist or Talent Management experience
A proactive attitude, with the ability & desire to build strong relationships across the organization.
Both have an analytical and creative/outside-the-box thinking mindset.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
