The Nitty Gritty is a campus tradition for 53 years featuring award winning burgers and classic casual favorites. We have very steady daily business with business guests, academic UW employees, students, families and tourists.

Our servers perform a variety of tasks that include table service, order taking and customer engagement. Fun campus place and family friendly. Hours are flexible with full or part time hours available.’
