We are looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager who will join our HR Supply Chain team. This position will be a hybrid role with 50% of the week at our Temecula, CA operations and 50% remote. You will support multiple locations, which will include overnight travel, around 25% of the time. Ideally, our candidate would be bilingual – English and Spanish speaking.
Scotts Miracle-Gro is looking for a Regional Human Resource Manager to help support our Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution facilities in North America. If you were selected for this role, you would support 10+ facilities by developing/leading broad associate development/retention initiatives, managing employee relation issues/investigations and answering day to day questions. You would support three business units- Hawthorne, Growing Media and LGOR. Process improvement is also critical as our business grows and continues to integrate and being able to partner with leadership and the business will be key. The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $113,100.00 – $133,100.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
