Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for new hire visa feasibility assessments and onboarding to vet candidate requirements and communicate path forward to Talent Acquisition partners
Facilitate drafting of multiple immigration-related letters required by vendors, employees, and former employees with regard to visa and green card matters
Process weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting for TWDC visa holder population; scrub data to present clean information to leadership
Vet proposed job changes via legal analysis templates in conjunction with GMPs and legal partners
Data entry into various systems of record to track all relevant information required for immigration purposes
Submit check requests for visa files to Accounts Payable group; ensure delivery of checks to Legal partners timely and
Audits of data to ensure all changes have been captured through workflows put in place; suggest improvements where needed
Ad hoc projects
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or 2 year Associate’s Degree
2 years of experience in US corporate visa administration
Specialization in nuances of corporate visa types
Strong written and verbal communication
Keen attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
4 year undergraduate degree
Human Resources, Business Administration
2 years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition
Client-focused; highly responsive and sensitive to needs of business
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $69,840 to $87,300 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
