The right person would be well-rounded in all HR functions and enjoy heavy traveling to locations in Atlanta, Baltimore, Phoenix, Dallas and Chicago. We are fast-paced, our products are in demand, and we are a diverse workforce.
The Regional Sr. HR Manager is responsible for developing and administering Human Resource policies and activities either personally or through subordinates. These activities include labor relations, the recruitment and placement of personnel, wage and salary policies, training and compliance with workplace regulations and other activities needed to carry out the company’s personnel objectives and programs for the company.
This position requires travel 50% of the time to build relationships with and support our Processing Centers. If you have at least 5-8 years of experience in managing employee relations and large-scale recruiting (preferably in a large-scale warehouse or manufacturing environment) and are able to travel 50% of the time, we would love to hear from you!
