The Operations Specialist, Business Training and Development supports training operations for the Global Business Solutions org in North America.
Responsibilities:
Training Operations
Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and global training partners
Support training session coordination including scheduling and roster management for virtual and onsite programs
Collaborate on logistics pertaining to vendor management and program measurement initiatives
Liaise with stakeholders to drive process improvement and support learning program delivery
Develop communications to promote learning programs across the organization
Support other learning projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements
3+ years experience in strategic operations function
Extensive experience in program, project and events management
Strong knowledge of Excel
Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Highly collaborative spirit
Comfortable with ambiguity
A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
Nice to have
Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
Proficiency in learning tools and platforms (e.g. LMS, LXP and authoring tools – Captivate, Elucidat, etc)
Experience with vendor management and supporting finance-related processes including budgets, A/P, A/R, billing, contracts, etc.
