General Description:
Manages and develops Human Resource initiatives that support the expansion of the virtual efforts of TLC Associates. Assists in developing policies and programs to provide an employee-focused, high-performance culture. Areas of responsibility include regulatory compliance, recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement, employee relations, employee communications, employee wellness, safety and health, and employee services and counseling. Assists and advises management on Human Resource Issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensures that company staffing needs are met through virtual hiring and recruiting efforts. Spearheads the making of all recruiting strategies and marketing. Records and maintains all recruiting related reporting.
· Partners with senior leadership on growth initiatives surrounding virtual expansion.
· Handles employee grievances in designated location through mediation, fact findings, and HR Investigations.
· Audits to ensure all legal requirements, health and safety protocols, and HR best practices are being followed within the virtual business segment of the business.
· Protects interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations.
· Oversees implementation of programs through Human Resources staff. Monitors administration to standards. Identifies opportunities and resolves discrepancies.
Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep top management informed of new developments.
Education and/or Experience:
· 6+ years’ progressive HR experience, with core competencies in talent management, performance management, change management and employee communications across multiple states.
· Generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development. Well-developed administrative skills. Strong management skills—principles and people.
· 6+ years’ experience managing and driving HR initiatives across many virtual functions nationwide
· Superior knowledge of federal and state requirements; employee relations experience and influencing skills
· Proven results as a partner with senior management teams.
· Strong analytical skills and examples of data driven decision making.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
