Description
This position will be responsible for administrative support of the day-to-day human resources operations. This will be a full-time position reporting to our Human Resources Manager.

This position will be responsible for administrative support of the day-to-day human resources operations. This will be a full-time position reporting to our Human Resources Manager. We’d expect you to thrive in a dynamic environment, where hard work and having fun are encouraged.
What you’ll do:
- Be the primary point of contact for all HR related inquiries directing inquiries to the proper personnel as necessary.
- Assist in creation, posting and maintenance of internal announcements in all Tofurky buildings.
- Distribution and collection of forms, scanning to appropriate personnel as necessary.
- Supports all HR functions from recruitment to ongoing personnel maintenance.
- Assist with employee complaints and investigations utilizing bi-lingual communication skills.
- Assists with employee onboarding and training, including scheduling and tracking.
- Supports all employee engagement initiatives.
What skills and education you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
