Tower Communications Expert Hiring for Field Manager (Telecom) Job at Germantown, MD Full Time

The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring crews have materials, trucks, trailers, and tools are well maintained, and safety and quality standards are enforced. The Field Manager interacts with crews and construction managers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a member of our growing team, many of the duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Pickup and deliver materials
• Inventory materials and report any discrepancies to Construction Manager
• Assist crew in material preassembly at the warehouse, pre-tests
• Perform Safety Audits each time you are at the site
• Make sure that crew have all necessary materials in their trailer
• Make sure that crews follow all safety and quality rules, regulations and standards and report any discrepancies immediately to upper management
• Ensure that assigned truck and trailer are regularly maintained, serviced, kept clean and organized
• Take responsibility and care for assigned equipment, tools, testing, and office equipment
• Prepare and present documentation for internal teams and clients

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years with Cell Tower Construction materials
• Minimum of 2 years in Cell Tower Construction
• Experience working with in-house crews and subs
• Technologically proficient
• Must be professional, ethical and practice high level of confidentiality
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Up to date on safety knowledge
• Must be able to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
