Job Summary:

This role has a strong customer service focus and continuously look for improvements to current HR processes and practices to increase overall efficiencies, reduce costs and fully engage employees. This position supports the Senior Human Resources Generalist in all aspects of managing the daily duties of the department with a focus on talent acquisition.

Responsibilities :

· Supports the Company’s talent acquisition strategy including sourcing applicants, interviewing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees.

· Builds pipeline of potential applicants sourcing through different channels

· Creates close relationships with hiring managers.

· Assist managers and employees’ access and use HR self-service tools to maximize utilization and efficiency.

· Helps in the administration of leave of absences and other time off policies.

· Supports maintain and help optimize the HRIS applications and modules.

· Ensures data integrity, maintaining databases and running queries.

· Create data reports, summaries and logs for HR and senior managers.

· Handle confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality.

· Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

· Advance knowledge of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

· Strong collaborative mindset.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

· Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.

· Minimum three years of experience as HR Generalist or equivalent experience.

· SHRM-CP preferred.
