Job Description
We’re looking for an aggressive Human Resource Recruiter to help build out our team across the US. This includes sourcing, recruiting, and screening for several types of positions including: technical, sales, and remote operations and support.

Responsibilities
Maintains and manages the recruitment pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection, hiring, and onboarding
Manage job ads across multiple platforms including but not limited to Indeed, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Conducts initial applicant screening and scoring
Coordinates/schedules 1st and 2nd interviews with management
Assists management with selection and hiring process
Assists with employee onboarding, and payroll setup
Works with management on workforce planning and budgeting
Requirements
1+ years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related field
Working knowledge of common human resource concepts, practices, and procedures
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethics
Compensation
