Transitowne Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram in Elma NY is looking for an upbeat, positive, reliable person to join our service team as a service writer/advisor.

The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in running an efficient and profitable shop. The position is located at our busy Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram location.

As the first point of contact for all of our service customers, a smiling face and positive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong customer service skills to gather information from our customers and relay that information to the required individuals in our service team
• Be responsible for providing our customers with updates as well as explaining what repairs will be required to their vehicles in a conscientious and professional manner
