Trion Solutions is seeking a Benefits Analyst for our Scottsdale, AZ office.
The Employee Benefits Analyst is responsible for all systems setup, revision and terminations as they pertain to the Benefits systems used on the Trion Solutions platform. Working hand in hand with the Director of Employee Benefits, Employee Manager and the Employee Benefits Administrator will often communicate as well with various departments within Trion Solutions to provide our clients and worksite employees with an exceptional customer experience. Through proven techniques and written procedures, the Benefits Analyst will discuss with client and employees any deduction setups within the system. This role will assist in helping to ensure that processes support and adhere to current laws, and regulations.
