In this strategic role, you will lead the Human Resources function by supporting and partnering with multiple Branch General Managers and their operations teams in the areas of talent management, recruiting and retention, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, coaching/development, change management, and employee relations.

A self-motivated Human Resource Professional who enjoys working with business leaders, serving as an advocate for employees, and thinks outside of the box for problem solving!
Well-organized and detail-oriented with an ability to multitask.
In addition, our ideal candidate will feel comfortable building and maintaining relationships remotely as well as through onsite visits which would require travel (up to 25%) to those facilities.
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to manage full HR life cycle for multiple sites, including but not limited to: recruiting, payroll, career development, compensation and employee relations
Experience collaborating closely with operational managers and leaders in a HRBP capacity
Experience advising managers and leaders on employee matters, compliance, and workforce planning.
Demonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills (identifying and implementing solutions, getting others to support proposed solutions)
Perform daily HR administrative tasks such as employment verifications, background checks, reference checks, unemployment cases, and garnishment requests.
Assist with remote onboarding, including sending employment information to new hires and completing both pre-employment screening items and internal new hire documentation.
Experience using HR data analytics to drive workforce decisions
