As technology has evolved, we’ve continued to facilitate its expansion and accessibility, more recently with internet broadband, LTE and small-cell installations.

We are currently seeking A&E Specialists/Quality Control on the West Coast of the USA to join our team.

In this remote role, you will:

• Understanding client requirements for active and incoming A&E programs
• Providing technical assistance during A&E project scoping
• Ensuring deliverables are completed in time and to client expectations
• Reviewing CDs on a regular basis for completeness, overall quality, and adherence to project standards and specifications
• Minor CAD detailing on rooftop and tower telecom A&E CDs

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of A&E Telecom CAD experience (required)
• 1+ years of A&E Quality Control experience (preferred)
• Ability to work well within a remote team environment
• High self‐discipline and be capable of working under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize to meet company objectives and deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and data management
• Experience as a positive team player who likes working with people and contributing to a positive environment
• Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity – we’re a company going through lots of changes. There is a need to be flexible and move with changes as they unfold
• Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and apply within a short period of time.
