TST Impreso, Inc Hiring For Accounts Receivable Associate at Coppell, TX Full Time

TSTIMPRESO, a national leader in paper converting and bottled water, is now hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. Primary responsibility is posting payment receipts to the customer’s unpaid/open invoice(s) and resolving discrepancies between payments and invoice amounts when they occur. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts as needed along with performing other duties as assigned to support department needs.

Job Description:

• Interact with other departments as it relates to customers, orders, and payments.
• Update customer files with respect to open orders, Accounts Receivables, payments, past due invoices, etc.
• Process credit and debt memos for any approved adjustment such as shortage, price discrepancy, prompt pay discount, promotion, damaged item credit, duplicate invoice, uncollectable write-off, etc.
• Ensure over credit limit does not occur by checking supporting documents and backup.
• Provide updates to Master Data with the customer updated contact information.
• Process adjustment forms.
• Process debit/credit memos to invoice or re-invoice customers for any approved adjustments needed to correct the original invoice.
• Transmit any special billing files to customers.
• Print daily/weekly/monthly invoices and statements for mail, fax, and email distribution.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the A/R text note tracking function.
• Back up and cross-train with team members.
• Must be able to multi-task in a busy office setting.
• Perform other duties or special projects as requested by management.
• To gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and work through specific billing discrepancies.
• Educate customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payment.
• Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed.
• Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivable.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications.
• Able to work a 40-hour schedule within the operating hours of the company.
• 2+ years’ experience of AR, credit, and collections experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools.
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Accounting
