JOB PURPOSE:
The HR Manager is responsible for implementing all aspects of HR service delivery, including talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, employee engagement, organization culture, employee relations and compliance. The HR Manager will partner with the Twin Cities Rise (TCR) CEO and executive leadership team to create a diverse and inclusive culture, support organizational training & development, and build staff and senior leadership capabilities. The HR Manager reports to the President & CEO.
